Our material for the most demanding market requirements: the environmentally friendly insulating material Neotec Oeko 1000 for high temperatures up to 1000°C.
It is not uncommon for flat seals used in furnace and boiler construction, foundries, steel and glassmaking, as well as fire doors, to have to withstand temperatures as high as 1000°C . If the seal material must then also meet environmental requirements, the selection of suitable non-metallic materials becomes much more difficult. We are bridging precisely this gap with our environmentally friendly insulation material Neotec Oeko 1000.
The new SPÄH material impresses with its eco-friendly combination of biosoluble mineral fibers and temperature-resistant fillers. This results in decisive material properties, such as a high application temperature and low based on ceramic fibers.
In addition, this composite material is highly flexible and can be easily adapted to the contours of the application environment when wetted. Neotec Oeko 1000 is suitable for additional applications in the low-pressure range as a surface seal. This material is white, neutral without imprint and available directly from stock as sheet goods in a 1 x 1 meter format and in a thickness of 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm.
